The most recent ‘art movement’ featured is Surrealism and the site can be browsed by artist, style or country. This is a potentially useful resource for novices.

It contains easily accessible information, online activities and lots of ideas for art projects. There are also displays of children's work enabling teachers to further increase their 'ideas bank'.

The Southern Arkansas University Art Department hosts this site dedicated to lessons in drawing and painting to aid older art students. The drawing section covers perspective, shading and composition, and the painting section deals with colour theory and painting in oils.
